In April we hired a new associate to coordinate our clothes closet.

Meet Laura Bruner

Laura  has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.  She is currently the co-owner and bookkeeper for BrunerHaus, Inc. and is working part-time for Helping Hands Ministry.  She has worked as an Administrative Assistant for Sherrard & Roe Law Firm in Nashville, TN, a house parent at Hillview Acres Children’s Home in Chino, CA, and as a house parent and foster care case manager for Southeastern Children’s Home in Duncan, SC.  Laura has also administered home studies for adoptive families through Worldwide Adoption Agency in Spartanburg.

Laura had been volunteering in our clothes closet for over a year when our Board of Directors voted to hire her as our coordinator.
